Most of the time, we can help get your culture working and producing the way you would like. Very rarely do cultures 'die' to the point of not being able to re-balance and function normally, even when exposed to extreme conditions. Most of the time we can help you re-balance your culture. If there is a problem that can't be fixed, we will gladly replace at no extra cost to you.
